ex-Participating Youth Survey

I believe all of you have received a letter from the Office of The Director General for Policies on Cohensive Society Cabinet Office, Goverment of Japan regarding about an ex-participating youth Survey.

They would like to conduct a survey on ex-PY about how the program has influenced them and some of the post-program activities that we are involve in. The results of the suevey will be used to enhance future program activities for both ex-PY and future PY.

Please fill out the questionnaire and return it by JANUARY 18, 2008. No Stamps are requires as the postage is already covered by the sender. :)
